Hose
The hose is poorly designed. The toggle switch freezes up in a couple of months due to mineral buildup. No amount of soaking or scrubbing in vinegar or other solvents corrects it so the result is designed obsolescence. The hose, while in perfect condition, has to be replaced because the toggle switch completely jams.
