Not only do we really appreciate the job our Multipure does on our drinking and cooking water, but their customer service on our order of replacement parts was simply topshelf.

    Good, clear water

Posted by marjorie w. on Nov 17th 2022

I bought this water filter based on the research that Multi-Pure provided. Therefore I am basing my comments on their research being accurate, but I have no reason to believe that it is not. Because of their research, I felt reassured that my drinking water would be clean. I am very satisfied with my CB6 unit. Normally I replace the filter once or twice per year.

Cost of filters has increased to unacceptable levels. No way manufacturer costs have gone up that much. Someone's getting rich off of us -- Multipure Response: C.B., we have tried to keep the price increases on our products to a minimum in the years since you last ordered a filter cartridge from us, but unfortunately the cost of manufacturing has gone up. Also, our replacement filter cartridges (and drinking water systems) now ship for free in the continental US.
