Orders are shipped via FedEx and USPS. Most orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days*. Multipure’s Aqualuxe typically ships within five (5) business days.
Estimated shipping/delivery dates will show at checkout. Please note that this estimate may vary if an item is on back order. We will do our best to note any product on back order and adjust the shipping/delivery dates accordingly.

Systems and filters ship for free in the continental U.S.
Shipments to Canada, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Territories, and Hawaii will incur a surcharge based on location.
All parts and sales materials are charged a shipping fee, based on the weight and location of delivery. This fee is set by the shipping carrier.
Products are only sold and shipped in the United States, Canada, and U.S. Territories. We do not ship internationally, to shipment forwarding addresses, or to warehouses/distribution services.
To ensure delivery to the correct address, some customers may wish to utilize the FedEx signature delivery service. The fee for this service is $5 per item. Multipure is not responsible for packages that are either delivered to the wrong address or are taken by someone other than the intended recipient
Multipure is required to collect sales tax on purchase transactions originating from any states that have sales tax. The customer’s local sales tax must be collected even if the selling Builder resides in a difference state than the customer.
Canadian customers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and any applicable brokerage fees at customs.

Once I place my order, when can I expect it to ship?
It can take up to 2 business days for Multipure to process an order to be shipped. After that, expect 7 to 10 business days shipping time to the East Coast, 7 business days to ship to the Midwest and 5 days to ship to the West Coast.
Why are there extra charges to ship some parts with a drinking water system or replacement filter cartridge?
In most cases, the shipping charges of parts and accessories are set by the shipping companies based on dimensions.
Why is shipping free for some items, but not all items?
Multipure offers free, standard shipping for drinking water systems and replacement filter cartridges in the Continental US. Additional parts and accessories may not be included in the free shipping offer.
How does Multipure determine shipping charges?
Shipping charges are determined by the shipping companies (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.) based on dimensions of the part to be shipped. Weight does not usually determine the shipping cost.
Why does it take an extra day to ship overnight or “next day?”
In order to meet the cut off times set by the shipping companies, Multipure must process an order for overnight or next day delivery by Noon. The cost of expedited shipping and the delivery date are based on when the product ships.
Why is the Aquasource restricted for shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska?
The Aquasource system is larger and heavier than any other Multipure product. Because of the size and special handling necessary, it is only available to ship to the Continental U.S.
Why do I have to pay an additional amount when products are shipped to Canada?
The customer is responsible for paying additional charges and import fees from the Canadian Government and the shipping company.
