ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The new Builder must be the individual completing and submitting this order and acknowledges that all information submitted for the Billing Address is the new builders name, address, phone and email. This correct information is necessary to finalize Builder Registration through WorkMarket ADP (our commission processing company) where you will be required to enter your own SS#/EIN along with banking information for ACH, PayPal, or Wisely Card for commission payments. Sponsoring Builder must not be submitting this information on behalf of their new Builder.
You will receive an email from WorkMarket ADP within 48 hours of submitting this order with instructions to finish your Builder registration (WorkMarket hi@myworkmarket.com). Please make sure to enter your current phone number as you will be required to validate your account with this information.
Note: you must complete this final step with WorkMarket ADP to complete your registration as a Multipure Builder. If this final step is not completed, we will not be able to finalize your buildership including payout out commissions to your account.
You also will receive a "Welcome" email with you Builder ID# that can be used as a 5% discount code for your customer when they process orders online.
