Coming from two previous generations of karate practitioners, Trinity Allen was born into the world of karate, a sport and art that runs deep in her family's history. Despite her birth in Monroe, Louisiana, she was raised in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, Nevada. Trinity's karate journey began at the age of four, under the guidance of her father, Hiroshi Allen, who played pivotal roles in her career as Sensei, coach, and number one supporter. Being a karate athlete himself, Trinity's father shared not only his expertise, but also the values that would shape Trinity's future.

At just 12 years old, Trinity began to travel and compete internationally, representing Team USA on the global karate stage. By the time she graduated from high school at West Career and Technical Academy, she had already trained and competed in over 10 countries.

Furthering her education, Trinity pursued and earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Throughout her academic journey, she continued to advance in her karate pursuits at the senior level. She represented Team USA at the Olympic Games trials in Paris, France, as part of the journey towards the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. Though her Olympic dream remained unfulfilled, she secured her first Senior Pan American Championships title later that same year. Adding to her list of early achievements, she fought her way to the finals of the Senior World Championships in Dubai, UAE. Weeks later, she also won the Junior Pan American Games, solidifying her participation in the forthcoming Senior Pan American Games in 2023. Her accomplishments continued to flourish, which included a bronze medal at the 2022 World Games and a silver medal at a Karate 1 Premier League event, all while maintaining her status as the top-ranked fighter in the United States.

Trinity has committed years to her athletic career and is excited to see what the future brings. Trinity plans to continue to use her skills to motivate and inspire the next generation of athletes.   She believes that her success is due to her dedication to doing things the right way and not skipping any steps. This is why she is overjoyed to have Multipure as her corporate sponsor. She respects Multipure’s commitment to be the best, and our dedication to excellence. Trinity is also proud to have a company that has been a leader in the water filtration industry for 50+ years who also gives back to the community. Hydration is a big part of Trinity’s training, and she knows the best way to do that is with great tasting and great for you Multipure water. Trinity feels confident about the water she drinks while she travels because her Multipure travels with her. Multipure water is a key part of her fitness routine.
