Canadian Orders

Customers and Distributors serving communities in Canada may submit their orders directly to Multi-Pure Corporation. The prices for Multi-Pure Drinking Water Systems in Canada are the same as in the United States.

Shipment by First Class/ airmail will be made via the Postal Service which will deliver directly to the customer’s door in Canada. The customer will need to pay to Canadian Customs officials the duties and taxes on the shipment; however, delivery of the shipment will not be delayed pending receipt of that payment. Canadian Postal Service will deliver the shipment along with a Canadian Customs Department invoice which the customer can pay directly to Customs after receipt of their Drinking Water System. Multi-Pure Corporation accepts payment by credit card from Canadian customers. Multi-Pure will process the charges in U.S. dollars, and the customer’s bank will handle the currency conversion into Canadian dollars as part of their billing process. Those Canadian customers who want to make payment by check or money order may do so.
Payment must be made in U.S. dollars.
